Just a little reminder for you peoples that Muse's Wembley stadium gig will be on the telly tonight (sunday).
It's on The Hits (Ch18) at 9pm and it looks like it's going to be highlights from their new DVD.

Quite excited myself! I was going wait for the DVD release, but I can't be bothered with that now.

I am sooooo excited for this! Muse are my all time favourite band, maybe I was a little naive, but I assumed it was the whole concert, but as its getting a DVD release they wouldnt show the whole thing. Wish it was longer that half hour, but still cannot wait"!!!!!

Oh you lucky duck! It's not playing anywhere near me, and I think it would be a little *too* obsessive to travel to see something I'm getting on DVD anyway

I'm seeing it on Tuesday too! Will have to wash my poor concert t-shirt tomorrow so I can wear it. I've been using it as my comfy at-home-doing-nothing shirt.

It's going to be so weird watching it. I wonder if I'll see myself!

I watched it, they were great, but it was only about 4 songs.
That wasn't it, surely?

Thanks. I thought it was a bit short.

But the way, a question for any Muse fans....
I've heard Muse's albums 'Absolution' and 'Black Holes and Revelations'. Loved them, excellent stuff. But what are Muse's other albums like?
Are there any of their other albums you'd highly recommend to me?
Also what could you compare some of their other albums with in terms of quality?

If you like Absolution, then you should like Origin Of Symmetry. Deffo start with that one.
It's a fantastic album, in fact, I think it might be my favorite!

OOS and Showbiz are both very good, just don't expect it to be as polished or 'pop' as Blackholes. If you're unsure, I suggest listening to some 30sec samples on iTunes or last.fm

Agree, and you must, must, must buy, beg, borrow or steal (well, perhaps not) the Hullabaloo DVD of one of their earlier concerts at 'Le Zenith' in Paris ... absolutely, mind shatteringly insanely brilliant .. there is a live CD of it available too (the songs featured are from Origin of Symmetry and Showbiz).
