Mobile diverts calls for no reason
Has anyone seen this problem or can explain how it could occur?
My mobile has on occasion diverted incoming calls to another number held in my phone memory - without the phone being on divert. The same phone also occasionally dials a wrong number when I dial by selecting from the address book. This clearly causes confusion all round and I am at a loss to work out how it could happen. I assume the phone is faulty - but what kind of fault would result in this? Any ideas appreciated. |

I think the best thing to do would be to contact the network who will have better information and access to your account about diverts

Diverts are not actioned by the phone. The number to divert to is sent to the network by you using the divert set-up menu. There would need to be something seriously wrong with the phones firmware for it to make divert requests all by itself.
I would contact your provider and get the phone looked at. |

Sounds like there is something wrong with your phone. If it is still within warranty I would check with your network about a repair/replacement.
