I know the internet is still working, because I can still get email/emtube/satnav working....but when I press either the WNW shortcut, or try and access it from the main menu, the screen just goes blank for a second and the returns to the screen it was just showing.

emTube wouldnt open and I had to wipe the phone and start fresh....I hope I dont have to do that again!!

Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks

This sounds like a memory leak from one of your programmes. If it happens again, just turn off the phone take out the SIM card and battery. Wait several minutes before re-assembling. There shouldn't be any need to "wipe" the phone.

I tried this and now instead of reading T-Mobile across the top of the screen it says Offline and instead of having bars for the signal, its just a big white X

Clean and reinsert your SIM.

Otherwise, try selecting the General profile.

I know its not a network problem cos I asked my mate earlier in the day, and his was working fine.

Last time I saw browser not working the solution was to clear out and start fresh.....sad but I couldn't get to work without doing that.
