Chikezie was the outright winner for me this week. Bottom 2 would be Amanda and Jason.
The guys are in trouble i think cos they are all similar, the only guy I know is the black guy with the name i don't know but would recognise if I saw it written down. this is a voting compy - you need to have a reason to be voted for |

There were a lot I really liked tonight - Chikezie, David C, Brooke, Amanda and Carly.
Bottom 3 for me would be David A, Kristy and David H with Kristy going. |

Carly Smithson and David Cook were the best tonight without a doubt.
My bottom three: David Hernandez, Syesha Mercado and Kristy Lee Cook. David and Syesha are two of my favourites but I've got to be honest, they weren't great tonight - but I don't think either should go just yet. Kristy should never have gotten this far, she was painful! |

Amanda won't go cos she is different enough to be noticed - well if I know her as a casual viewer she must be well known.

I liked Brooke Amanda and Syesha tonight. Kirsty was hilarious, it was like a sketch on a comedy show. David C not so good, didnt get that at all.

Best performances of the night for me were Carly and Chikezie.
![]() Worst performances for me tonight were Jason (even though he has nice eyes) and the country girl (who's name escapes me). |

Wrote this on the spoilers thread last night, but thought I'd put it on here as well. Loved David C, Brooke & Carly but just had to vote for Chikezie this week.
![]() Syesha Sang it well but really didn't move me one way or the other. Don't think she'll go but wasn't that impressed. Chikezie Completely shocked by this one - absolutely LOVED it! Gets huge respect from me for going for broke, doing something totally original and pulling it off so well. One of my fave performances of the night and I so hope he stays. He really deserves to after that. Ramiele as per Syesha for me. David C Not as amazing as last week but still loved it. He's growing on me more and more every week. One of my fave 3 performances, with Chikezie and Brooke. Carly Liked her before and still like her now. Didn't blow me away but a great song choice for her and she did it really well. Think she's got more in the tank and probably not far away from a completely 'wow' week. David H - I actually really like his voice, but really didn't like this rendition or performance. Was disappointed. To nick Simon's words, all seemed a bit cabaret. Brooke - Loved it. She knows who she is, who her audience is, and she delivers spot on every week. Would still buy her CD tomorrow. Jason C Still love him and think he did a good performance, but didn't blow me away like he did last week. Amanda - Not been too bothered by her until now, but think she did a really good job last night. Michael I find him so frustrating! I love his voice, it gives me tingles, but somehow he leaves me slightly disappointed every week. Was good but I'm convinced he's got so much more to give and has potential to be one of the best in the competition but it's like he's holding back or something. Really hope he pulls an amazing performance out of the bag before he gets outsung and voted off. Kristy Didn't hate it but it was a really strange performance. As others have said, she seemed out of tempo with the band (don't buy the conspiracy theories, I think she just lost her a way). A shame because it could have been so much better. David A. - Even putting aside the fact that he forgot the lyrics, it was not a great performance. Think he's really talented, and has too much of a fanbase to go this week, but I really hope it was only a one week dip and he comes back fighting next week. If not, he's in danger of being the one who peaked too early. Fave performances for me were David C, Brooke & Chikezie, with Carly & Jason not too far behind. Worst were David H, Syesha, Kristy & though it pains me to say it, David A. Think Kristy or David H will go, but have a wierd feeling that either Syesha or Ramiele will be in the bottom 3. |

Just watched The Show and being a Scouser from Beatleville
I was really disappointed at the song choices overallSyesha like her take on "discoing" the song vocally ok Chikezie totally gob smacked, I expected ...yet another "Temptations" sound and although He was diverse , he still is NOT NOW, he is old fashioned ... and I am 40 ![]() Ramiele like her actually, but vocally plain and ordinary David C Love it, he needs a Band though ... like Daughtry .. But I liked it, I often given flowers to Eleanor 's statue in Stanley Street Liverpool ![]() Carly I think she has a powerful voice, but again , like last week , self indulgent, "hey listen To what I can do" (insert the "so what "smiley) David H - OMG my fave just shot himself in the foot , Bad bad Song choice, only Tiffany's version was worse ![]() Brooke - she didn't need the band, When the drum came in on the snare and a beat , I got annoyed , Just her and the piano would have been perfect, but she is a star ![]() Jason C I find him captivating, he may not be the best singer but he is a great artist and can sell a song.loved it Amanda - she sounds the same on every song, actually she makes every song sound the same , I wasn't impressed Michael I actually Loved it, the judges didn't , if you any of you watched the Liverpool Nativity on tv over Christmas , that song was used in it and well it was a Brilliant , i have to say that I live here and The Liverpool Nativity was just excellent , Michael sang it ok it was good, not great rendition Kristy initially I thought Wow this is different, then It looked like she got bored, so I did, no passion at all, she may as well sang 5 days a month , I think i switched off David A. - omg .. so much for Red hot faves LMAO , little boy out of his depth , cute likeable , but No star quality At all I hope David Hernandez can come back from this week , and i hope , a lot of philistines "wake up" and see that David Artichoke( sorry what ever hi name, he reminds me of a cross between the Kid from the Wonder Years and Wesley Crusher from star trek ) isn't that good ![]() my faves are Jason Brooke and David Cook .. although I Hope David H is there next week ... I don't read spoilers I will watch the results tomorow or if he is gone ![]() :

Syesha Forgettable. Should've tried the Wilson Pickett version of 'Hey Jude.'
Chikezie Took a chance, and it paid off. Didn't personally like the style, but got to give the man credit. Ramiele Oh dear. Cute as anything, but this was dreary. Would've liked her to try 'I Feel Fine.' David C Best performance of the night. Treated the song with respect, but to use the clichι, made it his own. Carly Easily the best singer on the night. A solid performance that left almost everyone else in the dust. David H - Will be lucky to get away with such a dismal, downbeat performance. Brooke - A bit too Carly Simon for me, but she did it well. I would've preferred her to try 'Strawberry Fields Forever'. Jason C Could yet surprise us, but on this showing, a one trick pony. Amanda - Her best performance so far. Can't win, but should stay for a couple more weeks. A better choice of song would've been 'Get Back.' Michael In danger of blanding himself out of the competition. The best male singer, but so far refuses to use his ability to the full. Dodgy choice of song. Why didn't he go for something bigger, such as 'Helter Skelter.' Kristy Simply not good enough. Dire version. David A. - Needs to concentrate. Forgetting the lyric to a song he's supposed to love was amateurish and won't go down well. His performance was also very poor, by his own standards. The Beatles song I'd have love to hear him do, properly, was 'Girl' from Rubber Soul. Seeing this, made me wonder who is advising these people? With such a fine catalogue of songs to choose from, some of the choices were almost suicidal! |

I thought Carly and David Cook put in the best performances
I enjoyed Brooke as well (though she did seem nervous) and surprisingly Chikeze who put in his best performance where has he been hiding David A was just a mess, can't believe he forget the lyrics not once but multiple times, he'll avoid the bottom three though because of his fanbase Kristy Lee Cook was hideous and needs to leave immediately The rest of them didn't really make much of an impact, it was an interesting night some were really good and others were just boring Bottom three for me: David A (though I know he won't end up there), Kristy Lee Cook, David H |

Thought Simon and Ryan at the end were hilarious. But full marks to Paula for giving Simon a taste of his own medicine

For me, Chikezie was best vocally and performance wise by a mile.
Carly shone too, finally choosing a song that suited her and was not too big for her ability. Brooke was great as well. Ramiel and Kristy I didnt enjoy listening to . The guys who the show is trying to push to the finals and Carly got the most help as far as where their vocal was in the mix and effects-wise from the soundman, as expected. |

Personally i'm disappointed that he's gone. He was vocally one of the strongest in the competition. He had a bad week but his other performances were great imo.

Can't see either Syesha or Kristy lasting long at this rate though, the others (possibly excepting Chikezie who had a good week) are just too strong |

David's performance was so cheesy it made me cringe but he's a nice looking guy so I;m disappointed he's out so soon. My favourite was Carly. I usually like David A but his performance was disappointing this week.
