I think the point is that he's not stable when he's had a drink. If he was just a 'have a laugh' prankster then it wouldn't be so bad.

However, he goes the full range from maudlin drunk through prankster to aggressive drunk. If I was living with him I'd try to stop him because he could swing from his prankster mode to aggressive without warning.

Nush was laughing because she was trying to defuse the situation, it would have been a big mistake for everyone to start getting angry with Ray at that moment.

Hulk SMASH!!! Hurghh!!!

Look I'm all for people showing their emotions, but that was a show of sheer nastiness.

"I'll punch her f*cking face in"

Is it me guys or would you never threaten to punch a woman's face in?

Dragging Nush around the house like a rug. Very, very cringeworthy television.

I know we criticize the Shameron but he has never stooped so low...

A small mention for Jon in all this. Notice how he put himself between Ray and Nush in an effort to stop Ray mauling her??

He's gone up in my estimation for that alone.

Well at least Nush was shown in a good light today, so there's more chance of Cameron being evicted on Friday!

not very endearing genuineness, though, is it?? ”

I disagree.

the real feelings that Ray shows are in part drink fuelled but they are as follows:-
#1 uncontrolled anger
#2 greed for the prize
#3 bullying intimidation
#4 barely contained violence

and thats why it ought to be unthinkable that he could win. Regrettably it isn't

Can't believe I'm saying this but....

Cameron and Jon were the only ones I respected in that exchange.
Ray blew it
Steph-urgh!
Nush- I won't go and see Ray- where does she go?
Scott- who?

CAMERON - noticeable only by his absence. Didn't fancy being around in case he got involved in a fight?? Would'nt want to do that would he?? Might stop him winning.........

I really hate the man...............actually, "man" is a bit of an exageration in his case..........

I thought it was disgusting. It's not just the things he said, it's the appearance he gives of not believing himself to be wrong in saying them. It was sickening to watch. He was unstable. Chronically insecure, he likes to attack those who appear weaker than himsellf.

Revolting man.

I agree. Scott's reaction was jealousy because Ray got to touch his precious Nushy. No complaints from Nush. ”

Hardly - even going off just the hi-lites, Scott had about 100 chances to "touch" Nush if he wanted. She was practically begging for a hug when she was telling him how someone she liked had nommed her. If anything, Scott wants to avoid physical contact, perhaps for fear of how it will be perceived outside, but Nush keeps throwing herself at him (with that rather uncomfortable "head-on-chest" pose).

I want conflict, I want disagreement, but I do draw the line at HMs assaulting each other. Not that Ray assaulted Nush, but it was uncomfortable viewing.

I presume Ray has done this before as he they forgot to show the bit where he said 'I grab women by the hair and drag the f**kers if I did want to hurt nush!'

He's actually done the exact opposite. This will boost his chances of winning.

Actually a HM who is showing genuine feelings and trying to wake the dead living with these blandies.

Ray to WIN!
”

I dunno about Ray to win. Actually I don't really care who wins as long as it's not one of those toxic twins Cam & Steph-( so yeah OK- Ray to win) .
But after all the complaining we have done about how restrained they are it was quite refreshing for someone to show their emotions so clearly.( Even if they do have the vocabulary of a Tellytubby with Tourrettes )

Like him or loathe him,he is the one HM who is being 100% genuine and himself in front of the cameras.

Every single one of the others is either holding back or putting on an act for the watching public.Ray quite clearly isn't.

Well the teenies love Ray i reckon, wait till next week when there numbers finally come out to vote, it will be all over for the rest of them. Why ? because they wont know the names of the rest of the HMs, come to think of it i have no idea who the rest of them are, aspiring actors/actress no doubt

That's not a point in his favour. Ray is just a Neanderthal thug.
