I've a few times had cold calls from an automated system going on about bank charges, it asks me to press 2 to talk to someone about bank charges.... I press it every time and ask them if they could please remove my number from their system as I'm TPS registered.... They keep calling though.

Does anyone know who this company is? Anyone else had same calls?

Today i asked the person for the company address as i needed to complain to the TPS.... She refused, saying she'll just get the number removed. I insisted i wanted their address... She hung up on me.

Not sure how you complain about a company who call you withheld then hang up on you when you ask who they are.

If they get back to you say the call is being recorded for training purposes. They won't hang about.
Bet a 1471 says the caller did not leave number.

Their next call will actually be recorded, i've now set my line to record the calls.

They did withhold their number too..... I'll get around that next time they call too..... I hope they do actually call back

Just wondering if anyone actually had a call from them too

ISTR from another a forum it's a firm offering to help you recover bank charges for a fee or a percentage of the money recovered (i.e. something like Martin Lewis is offering for free on his moneysavingexpert.com website).

Tell 'em to Foxtrot Oscar.
