Usually I'm hooked on BB USA, but this season to me just isn't that good, which annoys me just because I want UK viewers to see what the show can be at it's best.

I never usually complain about any of the series, here or for the US, but this one just doesn't have any housemates that I can see being particularly memorable. Matt's okay for the gameplaying, but there doesn't seem to be many good gameplayers to rival him...I was hoping there'd be another Janelle in there, or maybe even an Alison or Daniele, but there isn't

Anyway, maybe it's too early to tell so I'm not going to say I'm switching off or anything, but is anyone else not getting the same feeling this series?

This is the first BBUSA I have watched and I love it. There are some whacky people in the house!!!

I find all the changing alliances fascinating

I haven't watched in about a week.

I don't hate it, I just have no desire to see what happens. There is no-one in the house I care about.

They aren't the sort of people you could like I don't think.

I personally find all that really boring........they're pretty manic about it all.
I would hate if ours ended up like that.

True they certainly are manic

Shows how devious they are though !

Is there anything you would like to see changed on BBUK ?

I'd like decent HM's.......less manipulation by the producers........nominations without any interference....decent tasks........etc etc......

One thing about the US tasks....they're always really good.

As with all series and versions of Big Brother, no matter what the format, it's largely down to the housemates. This series they're quite unlikeable, and just like with UK Big Brother it's more difficult to watch if you don't like or can't get behind some of the housemates.

Also I think with the US format the housemates need to be single as opposed to in couples for it to work to the best of its potential. Having said that I'm still watching, and while it isn't as good as the other BBUS series I've seen (BB3/BB8) it's still Big Brother.

Im really enjoyed this BB.Im addicted to all the melodrama and backstabbing. Its only the first American BB I have watched in its entirety.

I hate the female host and the evictions are rubbish,as are the interviews. But i just find it a lot more competitive than the English version and a lot more dramatic.

It's like they're all ham actors in a low budget movie.

This is the first BBUS I,ve watched and apart from the Eviction Night and wooden Presenter with her pretty awful interviewing I,m really enjoying it, though that may have something to do with how poor the UK BB has been of late, anything is good in comparison.

Its the worst season for BBUSA imo.
Terrible unlikeable hms with not much in the way of gameplay.
The couples twist was as bad as any of bad twists from bbuk, and as for the return of a hm twist..what a complete waste of time that was.
The past 12 months has been a complete disaster for big brother, first i sat through the absolute worst ever big brother ( BBUK 8 ),then I was bored to tears with the dreary CHJ in january, now this awful season of BBUSA.

BBAUS/BBUSA10/BBUK 9 Have got a lot to do to make up for a year of rubbish.

It's totally different from ours.
I don't mind watching it just to see how differently it's all done from ours - I would hate if ours turned out the same tho'.

Oh my Lord........you're dissin' the Chenbot?? LOL She's obviously good at what she does to have had the career she has. I'm sure it has nothing to do with being married to Les Moonves the President of CBS

I look on them as completely seperate shows , and I enjoy things about them both and also dislike certain things too ,
must admit 'Chenbot' would have to go.

Haha. Do you think they could send Davina over to help us out.
We love to pick on our Chenbot. Julie Chen has been there forever and will stay as long as she wants. I do like critiquing her outfit each week and she is "Our Chenbot" I would miss her if she was gone.
It would be fun to have a crowd when they exit like on BBUK. Cruel, but fun!

I am liking this season a lot, although the twist pretty much made the last week for both the housemates and America really pointless. Could they not just vote between Parker and Alex? Would have been much better.

Watching tonight's two episodes I'm actually starting to enjoy it more...some more housemates are starting to really play, and I liked the clips of Jen haha, good times.

I would have liked any of the former housemates (Alex or Jen especially) to come back though instead of James, that would have really stirred it up.

Yeah it is completely different, tho I have to say I quite like how the contestants openly put each other up but I,d prefer if the public had some control over it.

One of the things that amused me was a few weeks ago when they were given the option of excersize equipment or a washing machine and they opted for excersize equipment Somehow I don,t think that is the descision the contestants in the UK would have made

I,ve never heard of her or seen her in my life before but she comes over cold and in my opinion it looks like she is being told exactly what to say, as for the botox Is it just me but whenever I see an American Presenter on TV they all look as if they,ve had way to much plastic surgery/botox?

Nah I don't like that aspect of it.......all the making deals with each other, which in the end mean absolutely nothing. bores me rigid.

I'm not so sure ours wouldn't do the same....the majority of them are young, & it would be something to pass the time I think.

I am enjoying it but i have never seen the other series so i can't compare if this is as good or not. They are all so devious on this show with all the double crossing going on. I think on the uk version if they have their groups they tend to stick with them. The characters I most dislike are Josh - because of some of the inexcusable things he said about Amandas dead father and the way he manipulates things and i think Chelsia is quite spiteful and James is very sly. I prefer Matt and Ryans group over Josh's group. It is just a big shame that some idiots voted James back in so we are back to where we were a week ago.

I think it's bettter since they've split up the couples, but then the latest twist flopped (imo) because James was brought back. They shouldn't have let the HMs choose between James and the mystery. Not that it would've mattered much since America chose the least interesting HM anyway.

I'm still enjoying it though.
