O2 PAYG Returns/Replacements

Hi,

Had my phone a week from the O2 shop. Already it has restarted itself twice and there is dust under the screen!

Will they replace it or offer repair? I really dont want to wait for it to be repaired!

A tip - to stop dust getting under the screen turn the vibrate function off. When it vibrates, all those little particles that get into the phone from our pockets etc gets jigged about and ends up behind the screen.

They'll probably replace it.

Ive never had this on any other phone which ive used the vibrate function on!

I hope they replace it. Do they have a policy on this?

Yes. Faulty goods exchanged / refunded with 28 days. Repair is over 28 days but within 12 months.
