I wasn't impressed.

It was more Wag's Boutique than The Apprentice.

He was a disruptive influence. Couldn't work him out maybe he's just an ass. His come backs are good though

It did seem a little bit scripted in parts.. especially Tuffnell's faux rage at Opik's disasterous negotiation strategy.

Surely the only required criteria is 'single'.

Because it's for Sport Relief so showing the juicy stuff on the night when you're asked to phone in and donate makes sense.

I don't think the celebrity version works at all. It's just a game of who-knows-the-most-rich-contacts with a bit of ego-wrestling thrown in.

Does anyone remember that horrible moment last year when Trinny/Susanna (I can never remember which one is which) was manhandling that guy (someone who had been sent to work for the women's team and was "poached" by the men's team, I think he was) as if he was a piece of meat. She was holding him by the arm, dragging him around and talking across him like he wasn't human, while she argued with the men's team about who he was going to work for. It was really humiliating for the poor bloke. The whole celebrity version just doesn't sit comfortably for me.

I dipped in and out of it. As an inconsistent viewer the people who I liked were Hardeep and Kirstie - seem to be the opposite of anyone who watched properly.

What a crap show though hey. If that's what sport relief is like I'm glad I don't bother to watch it. Why didn't the celebs just give the £700K - they could raise that between them without batting an eyelid.

Lol @ SAS and Simon Cowell in the same room. How did anyone survive?

I found the whole clash of celebrity egos quite hilarious. Loved the boys arguing for two hours over the leadership and Hardeep's hissy fits. Kirsty getting in a strop over Jackie's control freakery (takes one to know one)

The women beat the men on all counts. They sold more tickets for more money. Their shop was better presented and they had better stuff to sell, plus they got on with the job. The men were a shambles

The men didn't have anyone with retail experience and there wasn't a stand-out leader candidate. Bit unfair!

Is there EVER a busy TV thread where no-one asks "Will it be repeated?"

I think he'll fire Kelvin. Just because he should've been leader, chickened out, sat on the sidelines, making snide comments and doing naff all. Mainly he'll fire him because he's the celeb who needs 'bringing down a peg or two', i.e. the bad guy.

If this was a real life series Lembit would be fired as Hardeep and Kelvin atleast have a little potential. Lembit was useless and wet. But obvioulsy this is a one off firing, and there would be no fun in sacking a pathetic, but not unlikeable person. He's going to sack a baddie.

Yeah, he sacked Morgan last year because he was the one who everyone wanted to see humiliated - I thought McKenzie was useless considering the contacts he should have. Having said that, I don't think too many people are that keen to associate themselves with him...

It's always going to be about the contact lists because thats what brings the money. Fair enough as a one off generating 700k and making an entertaining hour of sniping ego-clash TV.

When you looked at the two teams initially though - it was no hard task to spot who would win. There were no leaders and no contacts in the boys team - and plenty in the girls.

Yeah iplayer is okay if your just watching it on your own, but when you want to watch it with the family it's not ideal.

Turn the computer round so you can all see it. It's iplayer or nothing - be inventive!

Really enjoyed that last night.
God the guys were hopeless weren't they, even with getting their total DOUBLED they still made 100K less than the girls.
They did well to get that much, I was cringing looking at the tat they had in the shop, dreadful.

I LOVED Kirstie, so funny, and that Ann Summers one was such a controlling freak, she would have done my head in.

Can't wait for the new series.

This- totally agree. Kelvin was just an oidious little s**t- didn't want to man up and do it himself, too busy eating, drinking and sniping at people doing work.

And what exactly did Nick Hancock bring to the party?

Whilst it was obvious that the boys would fail miserably, they were so much more entertaining.

I thought it was only worth watching for the ineptitude of the boys! They provided real entertainment - there was a time when I was laughing so much at them I had tears rolling down my cheeks.
The girls were worthy - but boring.
