Orkney Fudge
magsiesss
18-07-2003
For some reason this was added to the shopping list and was purchased by the HMs in their shopping list.

Just browsing around my supermarket yesterday (as you do), I came across some of our local fudge ... the box had local pictures and stuff on it.

When I looked at the back of the box, the fudge was actually made in Cornwall ... so why do tourists buy it? Surely buying postcards would be cheaper?

Do you think that Cameron has been contacted by Orkney Fudgepackers?

Perhaps the Ornkey Fudge tastes like Fish and really comes from one of Cameron's Fish Farms ?

fudge ; n - nonsense, humbug
interj. - Used to express disbelief, disappointment,
annoyance

fudges ; to make or repair in a clumsy way , to bodge
TO EVADE or DODGE [an issue for example]

[perhaps from obsolete 'fadge' - to adjust, fit, fake, deceive]

I think maybe Cameron has asked for fudge to illustrate either
HE has evaded of dodged eviction

OR Nush has faked and deceived to dodge eviction

either way i think it is a symbolic thing.
make of it what you will

I would say the fudgepacking was a favourite pastime of camerons. Furtive fudgepacking though. Fudgepacking in Orkney must be a popular pastime as it looks like cams brother julyan is also a keen fudgepacker.....

Run for the hills as fast as you can ...... avoid the fish farms

Now, if we were talking about tablet, similar to, but better than fudge - I could perhaps of sympathised and could understand the fudge fixation ....

run ........

ps is Orkney fudge packed in Cornwall too???

Fair enough, you like cameron and have your opinion of him, some of us, like myself, don't like Cameron and don't think he is a nice (well you can hardly call a 32 yr old a lad, can you!) person.

But as you are a fan, there is a fansite dedicated to him, called 'Devoted to Cameron'. Enter at your own peril though.

Sorry can't find the link, maybe someone else can or you can do a search if you are an ardent fan.
