Low Fat Diet - Cookery Book Recommendations?
Have just returned from a depressing visit to the Doctor who thinks I may have problems with my gall bladder.
While she waits for results of tests she has recommended that I go on a low fat diet (which will also help with her other recommendation to lose some weight I suppose).Does anyone have any recommendations for cookery books which have low fat recipes for people who really love their food? |

Rosemary Conley
She's got loads of books with low fat recipes and she started doing it because she had problems with her gall bladder too. |

Do you cook fresh normally anyway cabinet? Just by doing that you'll be going a long way to losing weight if you dont already. Also the internet is a great resource for healthy recipes. In fact so is DS->Food

Thanks for the recommendations.
I do cook a fair bit from fresh but I have to be honest and say that we do indulge in recipes using cream, butter and cheese regularly. I guess that's the problem. |

You can use coconut oil liberally, it doesn't need any bile to digest it.

Even good fats like those from nuts, seeds, olive oil etc.? |
