After next Friday, he'll revert to his ordinary business voice, probably.

whats wrong with his dialect, just because its not estaury english or scouse-mancunian (which is most of what you hear in the media these days) doesn't mean its bad. its about the only thing about cameron i quite like

I'd disagree with that. There's no end of Scot's accents on TV and radio these days.

I think it's a brilliant move for him. Just keep that creepy hypocritical perv in Scotland and we won't have to listen to him any more! I really find it hard to imagine anyone more loathsome than Cameron, so if they want him in Scotland I call that a result.
Jon is the man!

The station is now called forth one.

'Boogie' who runs the Breakfast show has been running a massive campaign to save 'cammy' from the start. For eg non stop reminders of nush nos and text number and what to do etc.

If this can lead people to this assumtion who knows?
Remember that guy( so famous cant remember his name) thought a north east radio station would do the same for him.

Speaking as a Scotsman just seems they are looking after one of their own.

Murray Avid Forth one listener.

Why is it appalling

I don't find it unattractive. Although it's interesting that Julyan hasn't tried to retain it since he moved away from the islands. Question for Lowlanders; is that accent regarded in the lowlands as a bit 'yokelish'?

Tony Blackburn eat your heart out... hmmm I wonder if Cameron is saying now " I hope I'm a celebrity get me out of here". Didn't I hear him say to Steph he wanted out? I wont be listening to the radio station.
