Would that be a problem? There's red, yellow white plugs only. There is scart on DVD/VCR...
No scart on TV
Is it that you don't have any scart sockets on the TV or just don't have any spare scart sockets?
If your VCR/DVD is connected to the TV already by scart, then you should be able to just daisychain the tiscali box to one of these (since it has 2 scart sockets on the back).
Otherwise if the TV doesn't have any scart sockets and/or you want to connect the tiscali box into the yellow/red/white phonos on the TV, then get a 'scart to 3 phono' connector lead. There's loads of them on ebay.

VCR/DVD is connected to the TV via yellow/red/white phonos.
