Worst Ever AI. . . . . .
I think this is the most talentless, boring, awful bunch I've ever seen selected on AI.
Even Simon looks completely bored by it all. It's all looking a bit tired & jaded. Then to top it all off, we have to suffer those awful Chicago Pizza Ads before the adverts. |

I agree about the pizza sponsorship it is horrendously amateurish, and the Jim Carrey thing was equally bad. But this year's top 24 have been the best group overall IMO.
Simon IS bored, yes, it's boring waiting for your wealth to edge up to $300million and having to stick to the same script and format year in year out in different countries - not being able to remember the 'Irish girl's' name was a bit of a giveaway considering he claims to think she is the best singer there. |

Since the shockingly unfair eliminations of Asia'h and Danny, I have to say I wasn't too keen on the top twelve shows on Thursday because two of my favourites weren't up there.
I've vowed to support Syesha and I thought Carly was absolutely amazing. Other than that, most other performances were either terrible or boring... Then again, I'm not from the Beatles era.

![]() Now, if Danny was still in there then I'd be left with something to complain about, but as it is there's not one of them I dislike and I do think, especially with David A falling apart on the big stage, it's very open. Reminds me more of Season 5 which I really enjoyed. |

I think this final 12 is more talented than most years (with the exception of possibly series 1) Last year was the worst IMHO. But I agree Simon looks bored to tears - he should get a new job, he has been realy rude this year espcially to Ryan and it's wearing thin

I think this season is definitely better than last year. People have to give this series a chance, and I reckon only a proper assesment can be made at the end of the series. Some of the best moments in Idol history have come towards the end of each series, and I'm confident we'll witness some more in the coming weeks.

They main problem with this series is they got rid of anyone who had personality like Josiah Leming and Danny Noriega, now we are left with a bunch of reasonable singers but there is no-one who is entertaining or controversial.

I actually prefer the Chicago Pizza advert to the actual show.
![]() Definitely not the best top 12 ever as they keep saying on the show. There's only 3 people I'm rooting for. And I ususally root for way more. |

It is the first year that I watch it, but I am enjoying it. I am rooting for 5 out of 11, that's not bad.

I have to give this season an A+++. a lot of talent this time.
This season for me is very introspective which relates well to number 7. I am sure it was not planned it just happened. Its better than last year and a few more before it. From what I have seen most of them if not all of them will have careers at the end of the show. Babeth |

As for the most talented show ever - I think it's far to say that the average standard is high so different people can excel from week to week but so far I haven't seen anyone outstanding. It probably doesn't help that I'm not a massive fan of Carley and I thought the judges totally overrated her this week - it was ok in a showy-offy way but the comparison with Kelly was way over the top!
