I have a panny DMREH80V dvd hdd recorder and when i record a tv program whether it be on terrestrial or digital or form sky the sound and especially a music soundtrack is mega loud - this is highly irritatiing as to hear the dialogue you have to have the volume up and as soon as the music background or soundtrack kicks in its so loud you cant hear the dialogue

Does anyione know the answer to this

Firstly ensure that you have both channels feeding through.

Press the Audio button on the remote [ Bottom row second from the left ] and switch the settings until you have both L and R.

If that is not the problem then check all you sound settings in Functions / To others/ Setup / Sound.

See pages 103/4 of the manual for guidance.
