Just wondered if anyone has successfully had their service transfered from TalkTalk to Tiscali. I know that Tiscali say that you need a BT line, but when I called to check if I could have phone, broadband & TV they told me that it would be possibe as my line is "LLU" whatever that stands for. I understand that it means my phone line is available for any service provider to use.
Several days later after signing up though, I got a letter saying that as I don't have a BT line it would not be possible to have the Tiscali service. This is after being told I could by the sales person who checked my line originally.
I have since called them to explain all this but it has been over a week and they are still double checking my line with no news.
I think Tiscali is the best value for money for a TV service and love the on demand features and really want it!
