I'm not saying its a bad thing I think it makes her come across as really innocent. I really like Holly. I don't think shes a clone as some people say and shes very genuine. Her vacant look is part of who she is

There are plenty of intelligent-yet-vacant people around. On the flip side, there are plenty of vacant-and-stupid people around. I don't think Holly is stupid, but I don't particularly think she is intelligent either. I think she'd be about average.

I'm still not sure I understand what you mean by the distinction between vacancy and stupidity or, more to he point, between looking vacant and looking stupid.
