I work part-time for River Island and some of the people I work with have told me that when they showed Orange their payslips, they were given a "corporate" discount of 10% off their monthly contract price...

Just curious if anyone had ever heard of a discount like this with Orange before? I'm a bit skeptical about going in and asking for it.

It exists. It is called Orange Perk. It would need to be set up at the moment you take the contract.

I work for phones4u and should get a 40% retailer discount.
Have sent all of the required docs off and had it confirmed by email that it would be applied however I am still paying full price 2 months down the line!

Orange CS do not want to know claiming that it is a discretional discount and not compulsory!!

And they expect me to sell orange, pah!

I'm assuming you work for Orange - is it unlikely that they would amend my contract now, I've had it for 2 months?

No chance whatsoever.
