I have to say they were both amazing but I still think Chris should of won. Based on their performances of Bolero, Chris' was outstanding and so passionate and Suzanne's was just ok, well performed and one point just didn't flow right!

all im going to say is people express themselves differently accept it and stop picking people up on it who are obviously disappointed, the way you act doesnt come into the equation because every single on of us acts differently

Good grief don't take it all so seriously. We are all here to comment on the programme thats all and it wouldn't be a decent discussion list if we all agreed.

Its just my opinion that he was better across the series and should of won - but it wasn't the publics, so fairs fair and Suzanne won - and thats as it should be.

There's no way that a mere opinion on a silly list that hardly anyone reads can let Chris down

I thought that they both deserved to win. Chris has been better through the series but Suzanne was better tonight.

Congratulations to Suzanne in a very close final. Both of them should be proud. I also thought Zaraah gave good performances as well.
I got to see Gareth skate again so that was a bonus for me. Any one lucky enough to go to the tour should have a wonderful show.

I think it was very close going in to this final but tonight Suzanne was amazing

I personally think her flying routine to "Time to Say Goodbye" won it for her. It was beautiful and very emotional. Three excellent performances and a deserving winner

i agree about the flow, they should have left that silly snake thing out of it! there was a few times tonight i felt suzanne didnt flow and thats why i was so shocked she got all 6's, i think basically the judges ignored all those bits and concentrated on the "big fancy" moves

Suzanne looked absolutely stunning tonight. I haven't watched any of the series, but the final was actually on in the pub this evening for some reason.

The show was biased beyond belief. Suzanne had all that flying through the air stuff, and the massive fireworks display, plus the favourable late draw, and the nudge from the judges for everyone to vote for her. Then there was the emotional blackmail/bullying of the audience by showing her kid in delirium etcetera.

Absolutely stunning girl, well done, but jeez, that was a show with only one agenda tonight.

The flying did it for her I think. I hated the flying bit in Dancing On Ice but she's changed my mind about that.

Chris flying was just all wrong. He's not graceful or slim enough to make it look right.

Week in and week out performances take the contestants through to the next week - we all know that, even if we don't like it. I understand how disappointed you are - I was gutted when Clare and Andrei lost out last year - and I'm sure you're not the only one who preferred his Bolero: it will always be a matter of opinion, and naturally many of his fans will look for the best in his performance and look for faults with Suzanne. I've already said the flying routine gives the girls an advantage.

Of course he's gutted, but he was gracious - and I think it should be possible for his supporters to be equally gutted but equally gracious without some of the spite that is spilling over.

Someone on another thread called Chris a t***er and a couple of other nasty names - I lost no time in telling them they were out of order, and I think the same applies to those who are indulging in spite against Suzanne (I'm not accusing you of that btw).

I don't think the flying part should be included, Chris was the only who really truly mixed the flying and skating that routine tonight. The girls just flew and wriggled them arms a bit!

I only enjoyed Suzanne's flying because the emotion she showed in her face was just perfect for the song!

Lets not argue everyone. We've had the best series ever IMO and Chris was incredible, my favourite contestant this show has ever had. We should praise the work all of them had done, they all entertained us so well.

I would agree with that, i dont think they should have shown her poor son crying all the time.
Even the vts before the balero showed Suzanne in a better light.
However i do think Suzanne out skated Chris tonight so i dont begrudge her winning.
Its just a shame it was soo biased tonight.

Amazing for Suzanne and Matt to get the perfect score - 60 out of 60. I think it was deserved. Their flying routine was beautiful - it's much harder for a man to fly, if my memory serves me Kyran found it difficult last year. I really enjoyed the final - all three couples were fantastic. My grateful thanks to all of them for a great night.

Yes, she was good but she didn't excite me like Chris did. I was just always 'meh' when she was on.

It's not sour grapes but I do think the publicity this week and comments/scores tonight have been heavily weighted towards her winning.

And absolutely no way were either of those routines tonight worth 30 out of 30 because that is saying she is better than both Kyran and Chris which, in my opinion, she is not.

I thought the quality of all the finalists was really good. Very difficult one to call based on tonights performance, could have gone either way. Overall chris was probably the more acomplished skater but suzanne skated really well when it mattered, hence the 6.0 scores. Pity someone had to lose, but hey how can chris be a loser, 12 weeks with the georgeous frankie

I supported Zarrah since she joined the competition and after she went out tonight I was rooting for Suzanne to win and I'm really glad she won!

I'm really pleased for Suzanne and Matt as I thought they were exceptional tonight.

Hi everyone. I just wanted to say that from week 1 I truely couldn't see a winner other than Chris, but since the 60's night when Suzanne was grossly undermarked I thought she had got better and better. Finally tonight I thought she was absolutely stunning. The choreography, presentation, content and execution surpassed Chris.
I'm surprised I'd felt this way, I was positive that I would be voting Chris but the girl was absolutely fantastic. Well done to Matt too.
