N73 keypad problem

Hi all

I have a problem with my N73 keypad. Suddenly when I press 2 I am getting a 7, when I press "*" I am getting "9*" and when I use the right selection key, such as in a menu when I want to go back it just beeps and doesn't do anything

This is happening intermittently and seems to be OK for a short while when I switch off and on. I have upgraded the firmware and this hasn't fixed it so I assume it's a hardware issue. Does anyone know any tricks/resets to sort this out or shall I get it repaired?
