Just wondering why the BBC haven't scheduled a programme to air (before Series 4) documenting Simon's first year in the job

I know they missed one last year (presumably because Michelle Dewberry didn't stay for the full year), but they did one on Tim Campbell back in 2006. It was quite interesting!

Have I missed something here, or was there another reason why it hasn't gone ahead?
