Yes, loads of times. But if you don't want Cameron to come across like this, you should have a word in his ear. He said this stuff, you know.
But from my watching of E4 since Day 1, I have frequently been shocked at the viciousness of Cameron's attacks. And yes, they are not direct, they are behind people's backs (even while they are in the room) or when bitching with others. He has also frequently been the ring-leader in bitching.
Cameron appears to be saying an awful lot he does not mean. I don't actually agree with you that he's saying it in anger and not meaning it. It seems more calculated and vicious than that.
And he has never apologised, has he? Or shown regret or remorse. Even when his fellow HMs did over Lisa.
Apologising a sign of someone really not meaning it. Defending your attacks when questioned on them is a sign of someone really meaning it. There is no evidence for your assertion.
You fall into the deluded camp unfortunately.
