I'm really nervous for David A!...lol...hope he can pull it together.
And I'll really be glad to get to a new theme next week!
Wonder if the contestants are a bit miffed at having Beatles again...it could have been a factor in which song they chose to sing last week vs. this week.
Should be interesting!

Am sure there would some contestants among them such as Syesha my favourite, Kristy, Rameille, perhaps Chikeze who are equally miffed and worried that the theme weighs heavily against them.

I would not worry if I were them I would sell my personality instead. As for David A. poor sod, he will be fine. He is the Pet this year of AI.

Regards

Babeth

They cant be doing another Beatles Week.

They have many other themes they can do without having to repeat a week.

Just watched the show and it was ok. Only one stand out performance in my opinion:

Spoiler

Personally, I think the same genre two weeks in a row is bizarre and somewhat boring....

I found his performance way to syrupey just found it grating.

IMO not one stand out this week. Very dreary and boring.

Yeah my husband thought that too. But I really like that song and it was a good job of it...

Well by the looks of some of the reviews of this week I dont think they will get as many postive feedback this week.

Is it just me? I can't get into the Brooke love at all. I thought Let it Be was okay, nothing special, a bit strained and breathy. Here comes the sun was frankly embarassing. Worst performance of the night. Everyone seems to love her though. I mean, seriously, if she was fat and ugly, would anyone give her the time of day?

I'm not trying to be a bitch, she seems like a really nice girl, but I just don't get it

I really liked Your So Vain, and Let it Be was good. The studio version is even better. Her voice makes a nice change from the high pitch of most of the other girls.
And LOL, nothing to do with her looks.
It's down to how much you like a voice, and it is very personal. Archie is good, but de does nothing for me at all.

Brooke's performance was definitely her worst, I found it contrived and almost as if she was trying to hard. The so obviously put-on smiles and dropping her head to one side was very cheesy. The singing was very so-so too.
