Do you have a Laptop / PC Mobile with bluetooth if they both have Bluetooth connectivity , send by Bluetooth to the computer ?

When you connect via data cable are able to then drill down through my computer and see the mobile as a mass storage file and is it given a new drive letter such as drive F or similar ?

Yes you can get a USB bluetooth dongle for around £3 to £5 that will allow bluetooth connection to your computer or Laptop

Or you could buy a new USB card reader

We also have a USB adapter that accepts the micro Sd card from the Nintendo DS for dragging new games onto the R4 card

When connecting by Data cable have you tried turning the phone off and then back on again whilst the phone is connected by the cable ?

I don't know if your phone takes the Sd micro or full Sd card
