Yes we definitely are agreeing to a certain extent, I do think 17 is too young, but maybe we are on the verge of discovering a 17 year old singer and actress way beyond her years!!! I very much doubt it to be honest but it is possible. Most of us have the image of NANCY ingrained in our brains, as do I from the Musical film version, which is that of a fiesty young Woman, so it is gonna be hard to brush that off. ANyone who has not seen the film probably has more of an open mind as to what they think Nancy is like. If some one has only read the book, they will have an image of Nancy in thier head that someone of an older age may not fit. At the end of the day it is really all our individual opinion isn't it, some see a more traditional Nancy others see something completely different, I think that ALW and team do not want a traditional NANCY, but its the public who have the right to vote and we shall see if that is what the public want.
