broadband usage caps

Hi - just wondering, how do Tiscali enforce their 'usage caps' if you have Tiscali TV? According to my router, the set-top box has downloaded 8 gigabytes in 4 days. That's 2 gig per day, or around 60 gig per month! Well and truly over any usage cap I've ever seen!

TV part of downloading does not have a cap, just the usual broadband FUP

I'm certain that I've read somewhere that the TV bandwidth is disregarded in relation to caps.

There's no FUP on TV side of BB.
