The other day when the producers were on BBLB, I can not believe not one of the callers asked them when they thought the programme had gone wrong this year.
If they are on again, phone up people and try and get to speak to them. Just say you are going to ask them their favourite moment or something. Then when you are put on air, ask them your question. I would love to see their reaction.
It doesn't even have to be the producers, anyone on the show really.

I am going to try tomorrow. If everyone does it, then at least one person can voice the real opinion of the public about how poor big bro has been this year.
