Anyone had a problem with the BLACKOUT lines across the picture being offset, ie half way along the bottom blackout section of the screen, it increases height by just ONE pixel...........
If I read you correctly, you are saying that the last row of pixels on the screen is actually only half a row ??
I think that is because the TV standard is PAL 50Hz 625 lines interlaced.
Interlaced means that each frame (25 Hz) is made of two fields - one field scans the even lines and the next fills in the odd lines.
So each field is 312 and a half lines.
One field scans half a line at the top and the other field scans half a line at the bottom.
Could this explain the effect you witness ?

Yes that's what I thought he was on about too.
Efiste2,
These lines should normally be scanned off screen so maybe your TVs vertical deflection has a problem.

Yes - noticed brief flashes of partial white lines at the top where the balnk band joins the picture as well. You will probably only see it if you are using a 4:3 tv and are set to 14:9 or 16:9 on humax.
