Humax units on 1.00.21. Oddly last Wed. both mine (still under wty) and my Dad's unit (40 miles apart) encountered a "Hard Drive Error". Seems ok now for me, though Dad had another on Sunday. Threads that I have found seem to suggest impending hardware failure. The probability of us both having the problem seems to point to s/w issue. Esp. as have not had this problem before in 3 years of ownership and that .21 (whilst pretty good ie. S/L etc) does seem to be a bit buggy. Humax suggested re-format, but not practical at present. Any ideas / direct me to existing threads?
