My contract with Tmobile Ufix text 25 expires on 18 April.
I called today to move to Just Sim 20. I was told I would keep my Web n Walk addon.

I didnt expect it to change over until the end of the month, just like when I changed from Ufix calls to Ufix texts, however straight after calling the My T-mobile page has changed. It shows me as on Just Sim 20, but instead of the 400mins I should have along with unlimited texts, it says I have 300mins and 500txts in my plan. It doesnt let me see how many I have left.

If I call 150 it goes straight to "for billing press 1 etc" without letting me see how many txts / mins I have left. Also, I get "Packet data not available" error when trying to go online, using the settings that worked fine about 10 mins before I called.

Its been a few hours since getting it changes over and ive recieved a text saying "pers> network message, please delete" but thats all thats happened.

What should I be doing / Whats going on?
