Ricardo has a point above it has very impressive features but very un-impressive features to go with it. For me personally I get the best of both worlds. I have a 32GB iPod Touch and a Nokia N95 8GB - 2 amazing pieces of kit!
I did own an N95 before my iPhone, for me, wasn't a fan, found web browsing really fiddly, battery life was awful, I already own a better digital camera and hi-def camcorder, so I only used it for making calls and texts. iPhone not only gave me an iPod touch, but a nice phone and excellent portable web-surfing device in there too! Amazed by it still, I don't care about silly features I'd never use, such as the fact it doesnt record hi-def videos, or bluetooth ringtones to my mates, most people don't use the things they took out of it, which is why it works well, its a phone that does the things people want. Calls, texts, music and web, and gets rid off all the bollocks that clutters up most handsets that 99% of people never bother with. |

i'm using my iphone on o2 pay and go with the web bolt on. everything works except that you cannot send and receive emails over the cellular network and you only get GPRS not EDGE (even though it is displaying the E and is faster than when the E is not displayed).

Its a shame that emails wont work as that was the main reason for me wanting to use edge/gprs. If you take the official contract from O2 does the email funtion work when out and about?
I know a lot of people don't like O2 but honestly the best way of using an iPhone is through official means |
