I have just read this post at BB Fans and thought it was so good I have to post it here. The post was originally made by BB Shelter Master:
I totally agree with everything said in that post and Scott should definitely win!

I KNOW THIS IS A LONG POST, BUT PLEASE, PLEASE READ IT...
Like most people, I think that this years BB is the worst. I think that the winner should be someone normal, with a good sense of humour and who actually deserves to win. Every housemate is playing a game, and the winner should be the person who plays it best, without getting discovered by the other housemates. I think that Scott deserves to win BB this year. He is normal, with a good sense of humour and is very down to earth. None of the other housemates actually deserve to win the £70,000. I know this is a long post, but I beg you all to read it:
RAY
He has an obvious game plan. As soon as Cameron went to Africa, and Ray found out that he couldn't be nominated for two weeks, Ray nearly had a heart attack. He went moaning and complaining to BB. Cameron is a popular housemate outside the house, and Ray knows it. Not being able to nominate Cam was killing Ray, because Ray sees Cameron as a big threat, as he survived eviction up against Jon, who the housemates once thought would win. Next, Ray has a VERY short fuse. After coming out of the reward room one night, all of the housemates were drunk, and Tania and Ray were play fighting. Tania accidentally spilled a glass of water over Ray, because he was being so agressive with her. He then dragged her and pushed her forcefully into the shower, hurting her. Other housemates tried to stop him, but Ray doesn't give a damn about anyone but himself when he has had a drink. Ray and Scott have been very close friends since day 1 in the house, but when Cam and Ray were having a small argument, Scott simply tried to calm it down before it got heated and got a pile of swearing and abuse from Ray, who told BB that he considers Scott to be one of the best people in the house. The only reason Ray is so fond of Scott, is because he thinks that Scott doesn't have a chance of winning. All the housemates think this, because the only chance they've had of seeing what the public think of Scott, is when he was up for eviction in week 1, against 3 other housemates. He hasn't been nominated because he has been himself most of the time, and has not been trying to be someone he's not, like Ray. Ray has put up a facade from day 1, which slips when he gets drunk. The most we have seen of the real Ray, was when he had had a drink and lashed out at Steph, throwing a bottle opener at her. He then proceeded to drag Nush across the floor, which wasn't too bad, but he then caused her to fall over. Oh, and then there was Ray moaning to BB again, about how unfair it was bringing Jon back into the house - Ray has had the chance to watch BB for 3 years, so he knew what to expect. He wasn't moaning because Jon came back into the house, he was moaning because he knew Jon was popular and is a threat to him winning BB. If anyone here can actually come up for an excuse for Ray's behaviour, then I'd like to hear it. RAY IS FALSE. HE DOES NOT DESERVE TO WIN!
CAMERON
Cameron has one of the most obvious game plans. We saw most of the real Cameron before he went to Africa. He is shy and in-experienced with women. There is nothing wrong with this. However, while in Africa, Cam saw the light and decided that if he was to win BB, then he would have to change himself quickly and drastically. So, he then returns from Africa, slapping Steph's bum, paying Nush and Steph compliments, which he would never have done before he went to Africa. On BBLB, they showed an interview of Cameron, which was filmed before he went into the house. He was asked why he wanted to go on BB, and if he thought he would win. He came out with the biggest load of rubbish, saying that he is going on BB for the experience. Well, what person would want to be locked up in a house for 9 weeks cut off from the outside world...for the experience? He then said he's not going into the house to win, he's going in to make new friends. However, there are much easier ways to make friends than being locked in a house, and Cam is in his mid-30's, and must have known before entering the house, that most contestants in BB are in their early/late twenty's. There's nothing wrong with someone Cam's age entering the house, but he should admit the real reason why he wants to go in the house - TO WIN!
STEPH
Her plan isn't as obvious as other housemates, but the major crack in Steph's plan, was when Lisa entered the house. Steph thought that she had most of the housemates under control and had a fair chance of winning. She had survived an eviction, and was quite confident. But, when Lisa entered the house, Steph had to rec-consider her plans, because it meant that she would have to discover wheather this new housemate was a threat to her, and also in the meantime, avoid herself from being put up for eviction the following week, when Lisa was exempt from nomination. However, the housemate Steph considerd the biggest threat to her winning the £70,000, was Nush. In the first few weeks, Steph layed low, nominating along with everyone else and going along with all the games. However, as all the girls were being evicted, Steph started to feel the pressure when she realised that she could have competition in winning, in the form of Nush. Starting around week 4, Steph started her hate campaign against Nush, but recently discovered she would have to step it up a gear if she was to get Nush booted. So, Steph started to get other housemates to feel sorry for her. She already had Cameron on her side, and she decided to go crying to Ray, complaing that Nush was getting more attention than her. And Steph's plan worked, because Ray deserted Nush, who he was very fond of, and nominated her instead of Steph. Ray had been into the diary room the week before, and told BB that he would not even consider nominating NUsh or Scott. But, Steph's plan worked and she managed to make Ray nominate Nush, and get Nush evicted. As I said before, her game plan isn't very obvious, but she is crafty, and DOESN'T DESERVE TO WIN!
SCOTT
Scott should win because he's: normal, down to earth, outgoing, has a good sense of humour, a good game plan, is popular in the house, isn't trying to be someone he's not.
If you actually sit and think about it, no one can actually think of a reason why Scott shouldn't win BB. Those people who don't want him to win it, just say that he's boring. However, if he's so boring then why have all the housemates who have been evicted had great things to say about him and why is he so popular in the house? The reason is because housemates and viewers can relate to him. He's not boring like Cameron, he doesn't put on a false front like Ray. I've already read on a different forum, that someone doesn't want Scott to win because he took so long to find a needle in the haystack live challenge. What a rubbish reason. Please, someone think of a real reason why Scott shouldn't win BB because I'd love to hear what you come up with. I agree that Scott has a game plan. Every housemate ever to appear on BB has had a game plan, including saint Brian Dowling. The thing is Scott has the best game plan, he's honest, normal (see above for all the other reasons). I hope that Scott wins Big Brother this year. If he does win, then he deserves it. If he doesn't win, then he should have. SCOTT DESERVES TO WIN BIG BROTHER 2003!”
