Am I the only one that sided completely with the toffs/snobs? I agreed with most everything he said...

I didn't think the GCSE line was too much of a problem - I can see how someone whole got As and 1sts and outstandings throughout his eduation would rightly consider that a failure. However, if you say something like that you have to make damn sure you live up to it and in that case that simpley meant doing a bit of arithmatic correctly. duh!

Difference is, Jeremy looked clean (and was likeable), whereas Nicholas looked positively filthy to me - did you see that weird staining on his excuse for a top lip?
And was was that strange, dirty looking hair growth in the middle of his chin?

I found the whole thing hilariously entertaining. At the end of the day the guy admitted in the Adrian Chiles show that he had caused his own downfall.
Compared to the posh boy last year (Rory?) who was related to Princess Diana, Nicholas really isn't too bad.

Go on tell us!! He said on the after show art was his big passion. Did he achieve his ambition by geting it mentioned on TV? He certainly had no chance of getting far in the show.

Its strange as I find I normally side with this kind of group in these programmes but in this case it was those 3 who made the 3 mistakes and instead of owning up to it they started moaning about a split when they had only known each other a few hours. Yes you can say it is the PMs role to delegate correctly and then check they are doing their job correctly but delegating when you you don't know anyones strengths or weaknesses is really difficult and you can't check every details of the sort of jobs they were doing. It was right that one of the 'snobs' should go tonight.

I agreed with a lot of what Raef said, and I think Nicholas had a point in what he said about being made a scapegoat. However, I think the way Nicholas defended himself was all wrong and he deserved to be fired. He seriously dug himself a massive hole in the boardroom, but it was hilarious to watch.
