Bit harsh. She's not going to win but it's easy to put any smarts she may lack at the moment down to her age. I think that just shows a lack of experience in the real world. Obvious most of them have been on business studies and management courses. The 24hr hotline just reeks of being a 'value added and differencation' giver. It's the kind of thing you would give in an answer to a question where you trying to get someones business and how you would get it.

Of course in a realworld situation its useless, and common sense is the real skill.

I think people are seriously underestimating Lindi's capability. Don't get me wrong

Unfortunately, it wasn't meant to be and Lindi was fired.

I absolutely refuse to post on the threads where she's being heavily trashed! Especially the 'How thick is she?' thread. Plenty more there thicker than her.

She's young, bright and quick and would have benefitted from being given a second chance in the same way that some of the others have.

Her grave mistake was in not being astute enough to understand the grave consequences of accepting second-in-command status should it go belly up.

A little rough round the edges, that's all!
