Alex looks like a inferior version of Jason Orange from Take That.

I think he also looks like Daniel in Ugly Betty.

He looks as if he needs a good wash and directions on where to buy a hair brush

Slight deviation from who he looks like, but I thought Alex's voice sounded exactly like Reece Sheersmith from the League of Gentlemen. I think it's a combination of his regional accent and slightly prominant front teeth.

I half expected him at any moment to suddenly say 'scooze beef, haff anybody got any bottle a orange joose' a la Pamela Doove.

He reminds me of the lead singer of Terrovision but I have no idea why

I think so, for some reason it was deemed not to be allowed, either that or the mods felt that the only way to deal with the infestation of spiteful trolling by the thread hijacker was to pull the whole thread.

Unfortunately they seem to be trying to force me to go off-topic on someone else's thread, so the hijacker gets two threads disrupted. Still, if it's the will of the mods...

Anyway, thanks for being the one single person on the forum who replied to my thread/post with any civility. Even when I initially posted that comment on this forum it was immediately greeted with a snide comment from someone else! I reported that one too and it has now been removed, as have my replies. I think there's been leakage into this forum from some of the less desirables who usually inhabit the Big Brother forum.

Anyway, sorry OP for going off topic on your thread. Back to normality now...

Thank you

I wasn't intending to invade the thread with my comparison, but equally I didn't expect the childish comment either
