Well, I didn't like the way he sort of bullied Nicholas once he realised he might be blamed for the pricing debacle.

But he won me round they way he fought his corner in the boardroom.

He really surprised me, and stepped up to the plate when it really mattered.

Sir Alan said he was 'saved' because he stepped up to be project manager - but I'm sure he was also impressed with his baordroom fight.

I don't htink he has created this divide all by himself either. I think the other two (can't recall their names) have sort have put him up as their hero.

And the fact that he looks like Ethan Hawke doesn't hurt either!

Lindi for me so far

I liked Lee, though we didn't see much of him (I hate the way the footage of the actual tasks has basically been halved since series 1) and I think Claire did quite a good job as team leader, tho some of the girls had the knives out Beret girl (I cant remember her name) looks interesting, and hopefully we will see more of them next week.

Alex is a bit of a sh1t but I so would.

I like Kevin, is it? The quiet one on the boys team. Other than that, I couldn't stand any of the cockney ones, but I think Alex will grow on me. Oh, and I quite like Raef and Sophocles.

Lee, Alex and suprisingly Simon - he looked like a bit of uptight sod in his picture but he came across alright tonight on first glance.
