What exactly does Sir Alan advise the government on?

Does he by any chance advise them on how to sell cheap and questionable policies to the general public?

Well, I'm half joking really...

I had one of his PCW 9512s once, but only because my mum won it on Catchword on the TV circa 1989. Flipping noisy pre-286 thing, contemporary of the Spectrum QL I think. I even managed to buy a game for it, but nearly died of boredom playing it on the green screen.

He has a large property portfolio is London. If the property downturn hits London, by this time next year he could be worth £8

We have government by impression of activity. Meeting with SAS and setting up some working group for SAS to sit on makes the great leader look like he is doing something.

Good idea bankgal! Let's all go and Google something. All I was after was a little witty banter, but it has turned into a boring thread, hasn't it?

I tried that - and all I got for sharing something I found interesting was sarcasm!

Given his pathetic decision in tonight's show - I hope he's not still advising them!
