If it states in your T&C that your minutes will rollover then them removing this is a change for the worse for the customer and so you could cancel your contract immediately, even if it is a SIMO.

I have got the £10.00 mobile 300 mins and 300 text
deal 1 for me and 1 for my wife.
I just found out they are stopping the Roll over
from April, iam really annoyed with this as this was one of the benefits we liked!!!
I will be canceling this now, so they have lost 2 customers
by doing this and possibly a lot more.
I also think the coveridge with Virgin is terrible when iam in a shop i cant get a signal its so annoying when other people in the same shop are talking on there mobiles and i have to say i will call you back when i get out of the shop etc.
so well done once again virgin you have messed up once again.
iam getting really sick of Virgin broadband 20 meg Lol
ok more like 8mb if iam lucky, Picture breaking up on tv
i have to turn by box on and of all the time Ahgggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggghgggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg

Yes, a bit off topic pokerjoe, but my experience of VM customer service is bad if you end up with the overseas call centre, but fine if the UK.

I disagree. 3's offshore customer service is excellent - much better than those I've dealt with from other networks.

Im not sure about Virgin Media.. but Virgin Mobile's customer service team is amazing!

Ive never had such good support from any other company ever!

Which network/deal is everyone leaving for? I assume its comparable to the virgin one? Some examples please to where my £10 per month can be better spent.

Not that I am aware of.

But people are upset and are leaving Virgin then they must be going somewhere that does a comparable rate. Personally the lose of the rollover minutes is a blow, but not enough for me to seek out another rate elsewhere.

the point of leaving is not cos a better deal lies elsewere its because you are told one thing ie the roll over etc
and then told another, i dont think that is good service,
i was sold on the knowledge of the rollover,
if thety said to me it might last a few monthns we cant promise i might have said ok thats fine i will try it out and see, but to remove it just like that is out of order in my opinion!

The fact that your minutes and texts roll over shows you don't use them up, thus making the removal of the rollover unimportant.

Company's change their ofers, it happens all the time, we've given ample time for you to consider your options, if you choose to leave, then so be it, but you won't get a better deal elsewhere.

I'd like to say wait until the new media tarfiff are launched, still no news yet

what are you talking about i dont use my rollover so i dont need them?
Thats like saying i hardly watch channel 4 so i dont need it!
The fact that the rollover was available was good as you dont know from month to month how much you would use etc.
There has been a couple of months i have used practically the whole lot, and another i didnt.
I liked the idea of the rollover thats what made my mind up to go for the deal.
As i mentioned its not the point of a better deal elsewere
its the fact i went for this offer because of the rollover.
They never said to me it would only last for a few months if they did fine i would have no problem atall about it.
do you work for Virgin or something????????

So on principle you are going to go to another network? That'll be another network that probably does not provide rollover minutes and probably for a worse deal?
