Hello

I have a new Nokia 6500 slider which has MSN messenger. I am guessing this uses data so will come of my data allowance?

I am on a £27 instore tarrif so am unsure how much data usage i get and also how much data msn messenger uses roughly, any ideas?

Thanks

Laurie

Sorry I'm not sure. The online £27 per month price plan is for 1100 units (1 message = 1 unit and 1 minute = 1 unit). There is no data included with that.

The free windows live messenger is only for mix and match price plans sorry, is this what you are on?

what else would you expect?!

be careful though, i think depending on your package its usually around 6000 messages per mth, and 10,000 if you signed up to x-series.

It doesn't cut into your data usage. It's all free. Up to a limit, but its a pretty high limit like firedog says.

If you are pay Monthyl you can download ot for free (Go to Three's website for details) and you get 10,000 MSN messages (Over and above your contract).

It is basic, but has the noises, allows you to show all contacts or just online ones and can handle multiple convos very well...

Not so.. I'm on the (no longer available) Video, Talk & Text 700, and it's free for me as well.
