I completely agree - I feel some of the people knocking Niamh are jealous.

I'd just like to add that I thought it was funny in the mission when Niamh said "I'm not funny" - just the look on her face was quite sweet. Also when they showed what goes on in a typical Nancy week and Niamh was just cracking up in the bath

And also, at the end, in the "cheerio we'll be back soon" bit, did anyone else thing it sounded a bit thin without Niamh?

yeah it didnt sound the same, because niamhs voice is quite high it usually sticks out more and you could tell it was missing

I hope people aren't nasty about Sam. I'm not a fan to be honest but she's obviously good as they all are. People shouldn't be nasty. Like I said shes a Ricky gervais fan so she's got good taste in comedians at least. think it was Sam anyway!

She seemed okay Very mature about going out etc, said she believed in fate so it obviously wasn't meant to be, I think. I'lll try and remember some more of it ....maybe it'll go up on youtube.

Said she thinks any of them could go on and win but she wants Sam to win, definately!

Hi everyone, just catching up...

Really sad to see Niamh go and while I was expecting it this week or next, it was made worse by the panel's comments - they did seem to have it in for her. But the way she handled it, she couldn't have left with more credit.

Over the last couple of weeks she has proved what a great singer and actress she is. I don't think Nancy would really show her at her best, so maybe it's just as well. She would make a brilliant Christine (Phantom) or (now I think about it - thanks ALW) Evita, and she could also be a great solo artist.

Hope she's in a production or concert soon so I can go and see her!

Oh I would love to have seen her on This Morning. Hopefully it'll pop up somewhere.

ive looked on youtube, daily motion and itv and no sign of the this morning interview

ive downloaded the sing off song, i really like it, she sang it really well

I think it might have been BBC Breakfast as IDA is a BBC production and I don't think it's available on iplayer.
