Hi folks. There's a huge piece in the Tele about Rachel today. Half of page 3. Making me feel bad that it's not Niamh too.

Anyway. There's a column at the side of the page saying there are auditions next week for an Ulster Operatic Society production of West Side Story. I wonder if Niamh will audition for Maria?

I saw that and as soon as I saw her on the front page I went "NOOO Niamh not Rachel!"

Maybe! But I think she might take a break for the summer to see friends and stuff, just my opinion tho

She may well do and she might not want to do something in Northern Ireland either. Whatever she does she'll do brilliantly.

I just heard from Niamh's friend that she didn't reply to a lot of letters cos there was too many! That's something 2b proud of! Then she said the people that she did reply to just got an autograph on the front, and she said that she must've been really touched by our book to get a wee note written on the back. Yay us!

I'm just watching Wind Beneath My Wings and I just wish she hadn't gone! I sound a bit stupid, but my favourites just never win, ever! I'm not supporting anyone in anything anymore.

I bet you will get a reply, she's probably got more time on her hands now.

I wrote her a letter but I was stupid and forgot to put my address on the back, so I didn't get a reply.

Not updated my iPod for a while but they're on the computer and iTunes ready to jump over! Haha.

I sent an email to I'd do anything asking if Niamh would receive my letter if I sent to the fan mail address. Well, after about 5 days for god sake they've just sent a general email back with a load of questions and answers and the address in the email to send fan mail is slightly different. Still to Id do anything, bbc television centre but in the email it says inbetween them 2, 'room 3317'. Hope it doesn't mean anything bad.

Nah Ben. The mail people will know it's room 3317. They're just being officious and giving you the full address.

You could always send it her again and say something like 'I've sent this to you before but I was really stupid' (you're not, easy mistake to make but she might feel for you then) 'and forgot to put my address on in case you want to reply.'

Worth a try isn't it. Don't know where to send it though. God, why do things have to be soooo confusingly difficult.

Yep, I was thinking of doing another letter just to say how much I supported her and how I hope she does well etc, but I just don't know where to send it!! I'd send it to the BBC, but she'd be going back for the final and that's it - so I don't know if it'd definitely get to her.

Yeah I'm being a nob I know. Thanks. Why can't they decide what it is and stick to it and just say the same thing. They should make it clear like you do when you go abroad you suddenly start shouting words to people slowly. "HELLO. WHERE. IS. THE. BUS. STOP?" And they go "just down there mate..." "oh cheers" Haha. Did you like my little story?!

Well I sent it to the Beeb only yesterday so hopefully she should get it. She's rehearsing back there so she should get it. I imagine plenty of people, after her shockingly early exit, will be wanting to send her something so, I'd send it to the BBC. Like I said, I asked them because I had the same concern but they were about as helpful as a cat flap in an elephant house.

I went out and cut the grass a while ago and was walking around after the lawnmower singing Niamh's songs. Thankfully the engine drowned out how much I was murdering them!

Are none of you out on a Friday night?

just talked to ANOTHER friend, who has said that she thinks the ALW thing might just be a rumour!

but she said if she hears any news she'll let me know, so did the other friend who promised the bright future

Ooooh, I really hope its not just a rumour but still things are looking promising so I'm going to stay positive.
I hope you don't think I'm being nosy but do you live in Bangor seeing as you know Niamh's friends? I was just wondering but feel free to ignore the question.
