hi i have tiscali tv.. and decided to have the recording box just before xmas... everything worked well till the end of feb..ish then it stopped recording and i lost all of my stuff i recorded...so i phoned up tiscali and my box was promptley replaced... which worked great for 2 weeks... the recording function failed AGAIN.. so i phoned tiscali again for a new box and again it was promptley replaced... but this friday the box has stopped recording my 3rd box... whats happening.. it seem to me the udate we had a month or 2 ago did not help this issue.. if any one can help great !!! soz about ones spelling lol

Out of curiosity were you still able to watch TV and use the internet?

yes i can watch tv and i can use the internet.. but when i push my tv on the remote the tiscali + library option has disappeared .. this has now happened 3 times

Sorry I cant be much help, as I dont have the PVR box YET.

But I dont think you are alone though as a few people on here and on the tiscali forum are having problems with the PVR box.

I wonder if they'll release better PVR soon? Bigger HDD, quieter and more reliable with Teletext and red button?
