I eat health all day but once I come home and have my dinner I end up binging on junk food like chocolate bars and crisps. I think its because dinner doesn't fill me. The only food that stops me binging is oddly chips, If I have chips for tea I don't be hungry the rest of the night. I could eat potatoes til the cows come home but end up getting sickened before I'm full, its the same with veg, I get sickened before I'm full. Pasta also does a fairly good job but I can't eat pasta a chips every night.

Any advice??

Try and include lots of low GI foods such as oats in your meal - they make you feel full for longer. You can get lists of them on google.

Beef casserole with loads of dumplings, I can assure you that will put pay to you feeling hungry for the rest of the evening.

I'm the same. I make a masisve plate of mince, mash and peas and carrots and I'm pure full then 2 hours later I'm hungry again.

Maybe some people just digest certain foods quicker.

Thick vegetable soup is very filling, especially if it contains pulses.

Are you actually hungry or is it boredom? I eat when I'm bored. What works for me is not having loads of snack foods around the place - just fruit, or nuts/seeds.

No I am actually hungry, If I go to the chippy for tea I don't get hungry rest of the evening, Maybe its just the massive portions they give you
