Can I take bagel and cream cheese and smoked salmon if it isnt in a fridge, just with a freezer coldpack on it?

What can i put in my sandwich with roast lamb? mint sauce?
anything else?

edit - also how can i wrap the half bagel so the cream cheese doesnt get stuck to the wrapping?

Why a bagel? Try using wholemeal bread.
Why cream cheese and smoked salmon? Try smoked salmon with lemon juice and black pepper ... on wholemeal bread.
Unless you are American and don't understand what real bread is.

Redcurrant jelly (or failing that strawberry jam) goes well with lamb - or mango chutney if you like some spice

Hell yes, roast lamb and mango chutney sandwiches are very nice indeed.

I like to make a mint mayo for cold lamb.

The answer to the first is yes, though you don't necessarily need the cold pack either, if you are going to be eating it that day.

Roast Lamb, I'd have a little garlic mayo or mayo with cracked black pepper.

It would be hard to wrap something like that without the cream cheese sticking, but I would personally wrap each half in cling film; then place them in a zip lock/food bag. The cling film can be thrown away and the bag could be reused.
