Ebly
I've just bought as packet of Ebly to try as I thought it would make a change from rice and pasta.
Has anyone tried it and got any nice recipes?? |

If you're making a stew or casserole in a slow cooker (or a casserole dish for that matter), bung in some uncooked ebly and it absorbes the excess water making the stew/casserole thicker and the ebly tastes great as it'll have absorbed the flavourings too.
I haven't seen ebly in the shops for ages so I always bung in Pearl barley which is very similar and does exactly the same job |
