Hi Guys

i took out a 12month contract with Orange in September and got the Nokia N73.

Im now bored of that phone and for some reason has become soooooooooooooooooooo slow and there is hardly anything on there.

So can i upgrade my tariff and get a new phone that way or do i need to just pay the rest of the contract off?

Do a phone backup, then do *7370# to format the phone, should make it fast again.

You can only do an upgrade if you are in the last month of your contract.

Is it? Jeez a month on gardening leave and I've forgotten it all. Doesn't matter anyway.

Do a backup first - as per post #2 - then restore the backup after the reformat. You should be able to check that all that you want to keep is included in the backup.
