Not sure if any Tiscali staff read through this board but I've had no service since Saturday afternoon and I am getting conflicting information from the technical help department ranging from 'there was a fault and it was resolved Monday morning' to 'people are their right now because alarms in the exchange are going off'. None of the staff who believe the problem to be ongoing have any sort of estimate on completion time.
Either way I wondered if someone reliable could give me a straight answer about what's going on please. I'm on the Perivale exchange and I'm a HC customer.
