Honey Mustard Marinade.
I did this last night courtesy of Gordon Ramsay. Simple and bloody gorgeous!
I used pork loin chops. Marinade: 2 TBSP Grain Mustard 1 TBSP Dijon 3 TBSP Runny Honey 2 TBSP Light Soy Sauce 2 TBSP Worcester Sauce Marinade your chops in a shallow dish for a few hours or overnight in the fridge. Cook on a griddle pan basting with the leftover marinade as you go.

I've used honey/mustard marinades for ages (smear over a chicken or gammon joint before roasting it - the smell while it's cooking is amazing) but haven't tried the Ramsay version. This weekend, I think ....
