SkyTalk Question
I currently pay BT for line rental, and £5 for skytalk.
To route my calls through BT, do I need to dial 1280? Also calls to USA and Germany are these free? I know the list of countries has been increased to 20, does it mean I can call any of these countries for free? Just want to make sure before the misses is let loose!! |

If you pay line rental to BT, then yes you can route some calls back over BT, to do this prefix the call with 1280.
If you are also a customer of Call 18185 you can route calls via them, by prefixing the call with 18185. (18185 has no monthly fee). (BTW wise choice keeping line rental with BT - Don't move it!). |

Your Sky Talk package gives you free calls of up to an hour to USA, Ireland, Spain, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, New Zealand, Italy and the Netherlands (calls to USA & Canada mobiles included) at the moment. From 15/4/08, another 10 countries will be added to that list: Austria, Belgium, Czech Rep, Denmark, Greece, Hungary, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Norway and Sweden. |
