the wrong tariff.....
moved to an O2 pay as you go tariff from a t-mobile contract (due to being skint)
the O2 deal sounded great at first, but i notice now i have it, that the low call rate (after 3 mins of usage per day) is only kicking in late at night. so i make hardly any calls at the reduced rate. any tips on the best deal to suit my low call usage? |

Call O2 and check you are on the correct PAYG tariff? It could just be that you are on the wrong selection.

o2 seem to have the most complicated tariff system... and their standard call charges are quite expensive.
I think though, that once you get your head around the tariffs and the millions of bolt ons they seem to have, o2 does work out to be the best and cheapest. http://www.o2.co.uk/mobilestariffs/t...o/paygotariffs |
